Jin Sukiyaki 진스키야키

Each seat has its own small pot and induction burner, and one person at the table can have sukiyaki while another has shabu-shabu. The sukiyaki broth is soy-based and not too sweet, and the cooked wagyu or hanwoo is dipped in raw egg. On the shabu-shabu side there is a miso version, and udon goes in at the end. Lunch hours and weekends are usually almost fully booked.
