Now operating as Jejejip, the former Jesun Sikdang near Sungshin Women's University still serves the same jeyuk and side dishes. Jeyuk bokkeum, pork stir-fried over high heat, carries a strong smoky edge and is milder than its red color suggests, gentle enough for children. Ojingeo jeyuk adds squid to the same sauce. Sundubu jjigae, soft tofu stew, works as a second dish for the rice rather than an afterthought. Banchan are self-serve, so bean sprouts or dried radish can be piled on and mixed into the pork.
