Eden Donkatsu 이든돈카츠

Thick pork in a thin coat of panko shatters lightly at the first bite and stays juicy inside. Deungsim katsu, pork loin, brings lean grain with a rim of fat; ansim katsu, tenderloin, is softer, with no sinew to fight. Every tray holds rice, shredded salad, soup and kkakdugi radish kimchi, and all but the cutlet are refilled. Orders go through a kiosk at the door, diners pick up their own food and return the dishes, and solo seats line part of the room. It is about a 10-minute walk from Noryangjin Station.
