Rice goes into iced green tea, and each spoonful gets a piece of bori-gulbi, dried yellow corvina already taken off the bone. The fish is processed with ogapi (acanthopanax) powder, which keeps the dense, chewy flesh while softening the funky dried-fish smell. Around 18 side dishes cover the table and are refilled along with the rice on request; some find every one of them good, others call them ordinary for how many there are. In October 2025 the set cost 25,000 won per person.
