Hoseong Sikdang 호성식당

This kkotgetang house in Poseung-eup near Pyeongtaek Port sends out soy-marinated and chili-marinated crab free with every pot of spicy blue crab stew. A bowl of rice tends to vanish with that crab before the stew even boils: the soy crab is not salty, letting the sweet meat through, and the chili crab is more sweet than hot. The stew itself has radish and green onion in a red-pepper broth, and a large pot holds around three big crabs. Ramyeon noodles go in once the crab is picked clean, and both noodles and rice are ordered separately. The crabs are big and full, and the price follows.
