Hallim Kalguksu 한림칼국수

The shop sits by Hallim Port, where Biyangdo island lies across the water. House-made noodles are soft yet chewy, and bomal kalguksu sets them in a broth of tiny sea snails and maesaengi seaweed that smells of the sea. Tables often add the nutty bomal juk, sea snail porridge, to share. When there is a wait, you order and pay at the kiosk first and leave a phone number, and a message comes when your turn arrives.
