Haebim 해빔

Picked flower-crab meat and seaweed are tossed in a mild dressing for the crab seaweed bibimbap, which, unlike most crab-rice places nearby, can be ordered as a single portion. The dressing is gentle enough that wrapping bites in gim never turns them salty, and the bean sprouts on the side add crunch. The cockle pancake takes its aroma from maesaengi seaweed in the batter.
