Each piece is crisp outside and chewy within, less sweet than typical yakgwa. Tasting samples sit on the counter while staff explain how the flavors differ, and the Red Box holds seven flavors of your own choosing. Tin-case sets suit formal gifts, and every piece is individually wrapped for handing out. The wood-toned Hannam-dong shop is a place to pick and pack rather than sit down, and many of its customers are visitors from abroad.
