Fish goes into a very hot oven, so there is a short wait after ordering, but the mackerel, Spanish mackerel and Atka mackerel come out with clear grill marks and crackling skin. The surface fat cooks off while the flesh stays moist. Siraegi, dried radish greens, is the house specialty, so a small bowl of thick siraegi and perilla soup comes with the meal, and siraegi jijim, braised greens, is ordered separately.
