Geodae Galbi Annex 거대갈비 신관

The annex trims the main building's list down to sirloin and tenderloin, and most seats are in private rooms. Among the sirloins, sanggang deungsim is very fatty; the tenderloin and premium sirloin eat leaner. The lunch special is marinated galbi only, scored closely and aged, tender and not too sweet. The noodles served after the meat are Pyongyang-style and very mild, and anyone who finds them strange can switch to bibim naengmyeon or doenjang jjigae.
