Tonkatsu Club Yangju Bonjeom is a two-level family restaurant at 291 Mansong-ro in Yangju, serving pork cutlets, noodles, pizza, and pasta. The Tonkatsu Club brand began in 2002, and this Yangju location shares its address with the franchise headquarters. Wang donkatsu starts with pork pounded into a wide sheet, coated in bread crumbs, and fried in the Korean Western-style format. It covers most of an oversized plate and is dressed broadly with brown sauce. Rice, shredded cabbage salad, and pickled radish occupy separate sections beside the cutlet. Gyeongyang-style donkatsu emphasizes a thin, broad piece of meat under sauce, while Japanese-style donkatsu uses a thicker cut sliced into strips and leaves more of the dry crust exposed. Cheese donkatsu encloses melted cheese within the meat; snow-cheese donkatsu scatters fine cheese over the fried surface. Broth tteokbokki donkatsu places cylindrical rice cakes, red tteokbokki liquid, and fried cutlet in one deep vessel. Buckwheat-noodle donkatsu and jjolmyeon donkatsu combine the cutlet with either chilled soba or spicy mixed noodles. The house set separates pork loin, pork tenderloin, a large fried shrimp, and udon. A seafood set shifts the fried components to fish and shrimp while retaining the noodle bowl. Gorgonzola pizza, half-and-half pizza, tomato and cream pasta, spicy seafood fried noodles, and steak salad add shared round plates and deep pasta bowls to the table. The interior spans two floors finished in warm wood tones, with window tables and deeper rows of seating.
