Seats at Gisan Reservoir split across a main building, an annex, outdoor terraces and a rooftop, and the rooftop and outdoor tables take in the widest view of the water. Dogs may sit only on the annex ground floor, and owners who arrive unaware end up outside. Hydrangeas bloom in the garden in summer, and in winter snow-covered hills form the backdrop. After a drink, a path below the building leads along the reservoir.
