The wang donkatsu is pork pounded wide and fried until it nearly covers a large plate, then finished with a generous pour of brown sauce. Rice, cabbage salad and pickled radish sit in their own sections on one side. Some plates pair the cutlet with a snack or noodle dish, such as soupy tteokbokki, chilled buckwheat noodles or spicy jjolmyeon, and Gorgonzola pizza and pasta are on the menu too.
