Donghae Mulhoe 동해물회

The mulhoe comes without broth. Raw fish and vegetables are topped only with gochujang sauce, and diners adjust it themselves with sugar and vinegar before wrapping bites in lettuce or perilla leaves. Choose mixed fish, hanchi spear squid or skate; a crab-laden doenjang stew and a savory pancake come to the table as well, which turns it into a full meal with rice.
