I had several rounds of IPA at this craft brewery in Seomyeon, Busan. Having visited multiple breweries in Busan, this was the first place where I genuinely enjoyed the hazy IPA and pale ale. The IPA selection is broad enough to let you explore different flavor profiles, and the OO Orange and Brutangleclan beers had distinctive character I had not encountered elsewhere. The dark beer carried a subtle peanut butter note that worked surprisingly well, and the Chilkat Cold IPA balanced the nuttiness of rice with hops in an appealing way. The sausage platter was loaded with juicy varieties that made excellent beer companions, and the seasoned fried chicken and fries were solid supporting acts. The menu describes each beer clearly, and the staff answered questions helpfully, so even a first-time visitor could navigate the tap list with confidence.
