1인1잔
A large five-story complex cafe situated in Eunpyeong Hanok Village in Jingwan-dong, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul. Floors one through three operate as the cafe '1in1jan,' where only drinks are served, while floors four and five run under the separate brand '1in1sang,' requiring a dessert set or meal order alongside beverages. The defining attraction of this building is the panoramic view of Bukhansan mountain rising behind the traditional tile rooftops of the hanok village, with the curved floor-to-ceiling window on the third floor offering the most striking vantage point. The line for photos at this particular window can stretch considerably during busy hours. The fourth and fifth floors provide even wider sightlines, allowing guests to take in both the Bukhansan ridge and the hanok village simultaneously. An independent hanok annex and an outdoor terrace are located on the fifth floor exterior, and the sixth-floor rooftop delivers sweeping views that are especially dramatic when Bukhansan is blanketed in winter snow. The interior incorporates hanok architectural elements that add a distinctly Korean aesthetic, and popular menu items include mugwort injeolmi gateau chocolat and grain latte. The cafe has gained significant international attention through foreign travel blogs, drawing a substantial number of overseas visitors. Weekend competition for seats is fierce. A small parking area is available on the ground floor but is quite tight — the adjacent Hanok History Museum parking lot serves as a practical alternative.
