The sign is small enough that first-timers often walk right past. Inside, the frame of the old brewery building is still visible, and the brewing equipment sits just behind glass beside the tables. Songgo sounds a lot like songno, the Korean word for truffle, but the pizza named for it uses songgo mushrooms, with truffle oil only for scent, on a thin crust that cools quickly. A sampler pours several beers in small measures, and even the draft is served cool rather than ice-cold.
