Daom Guksu Jip 다옴 국수집

The bibim-guksu sauce leans sweet, with just enough chili to wake up the appetite, and both noodle dishes come heavily garnished. Janchi-guksu, warm noodles in broth, has a rich broth and chewy noodles. Vegan diners get vegetable dumplings, kongguksu (cold soy milk noodles) and vegan versions of both noodle dishes and tteok-manduguk, rice cake and dumpling soup, though the kimchi contains salted seafood. A large portion costs extra, and only dumplings are sold for takeaway. The shop sits near Seoul Station, handy before catching the Airport Railroad.
