Daehwa Hwangso Gopchang 대화 황소 곱창

Nick the beef gopchang and the marrow spills out so freely that it ends up as a dipping sauce. Green onion kimchi, seasoned with salted seafood, goes on top of each grilled piece, and the heart that comes with the assorted platter chews much like regular beef. The owner circles the tables checking how things are cooking, which takes the worry out of it for first-timers. Jang-kalguksu, the noodle soup to finish, has a spicy broth.
