The space spans three units, ensuring that the ocean remains visible from nearly every corner. Window seats are designed as traditional Korean low platforms where guests remove their shoes to sit, creating a calm atmosphere. Staff explain the characteristics of each tea, which arrives in carefully selected tea ware. Hot water is replenished throughout the stay, allowing for multiple steepings and an unhurried experience. Traditional crafts and tea accessories are displayed throughout the hall, with some items available for purchase. For dessert, the menu features finely textured silk-thread bingsu and chestnut ice cream. Each guest is required to order at least one drink. Seating is handled by the guests themselves rather than staff, so finding a preferred spot depends on availability. Because guests often stay long while talking, waiting times can be significant. Visitors are advised to use the public parking lot five minutes away on foot, as the building's underground garage has a very narrow entrance and few spaces.
