Arabica Cupping 아라비카커핑

Arabica Cupping is a roastery cafe at 54 Sambugol-ro in Gwacheon, Gyeonggi-do, preparing hand-drip coffee from beans roasted for the shop. The brewing list distinguishes coffees by origin and grade. It includes Panama Esmeralda Geisha, Jamaica Blue Mountain No. 1, Colombia Supremo, Guatemala SHB, Honduras SHG, Costa Rica Orosi, Peru SHB, Kenya AA, Indonesia Mandheling, Rwanda, and Yemen Matari. Decaffeinated Colombian coffee is listed separately, and roasted beans are sold in packages as well as used for drinks. The espresso menu includes latte, vanilla-bean latte, cappuccino, and cafe mocha. Vanilla-bean latte combines espresso and milk with a defined vanilla aroma rather than presenting the bean as a hand-drip coffee. A baguette sandwich baked at the cafe contains arugula, cheese, tomato, basil pesto, and balsamic dressing. Tiramisu and green-tea chocolate cake appear among the refrigerated desserts. In summer, coffee bingsu uses coffee ice and roasted nuts in a shaved-ice dessert. The interior combines dark timber furniture, sofas, single seats, and tables for several people. Muted blue and red walls carry African-inspired objects and painted details, while daylight enters through the window seats. Brewing equipment and cups are arranged behind the counter. Cats also live in a designated part of the shop.
