The name is simply the shop's lot number in Cheolsan-dong, 448, and this is the original branch. Staff take orders from the queue that forms at meal times, and food lands soon after you sit. The pork cutlet is thick but very tender, with no gamey smell. Before the main plate comes a small bowl of noodles, the house's signature starter, and bean sprout ramyeon (sukju ramyeon) is a separate noodle order. In hot weather, cold buckwheat noodles go well with the cutlet.
