Yugane Wonjo Yangpyeong Haejangguk 유가네 원조 양평해장국

The Yangpyeong haejangguk bowl is filled almost to overflowing with a block of blood curd, black tripe, other offal and dried cabbage greens, and chili oil in the broth lets the heat build slowly as you eat. Unlike many haejangguk shops, there is no raw garlic on the side. Takeout orders are packed more generously than a dine-in bowl.
