Nobody has modernized this old farmhouse: the screen door at the entrance and the front yard look much as they always have. Of the dozen-plus dishes in the set meal, the one to remember is the house-made modubu, block tofu left almost unseasoned, which comes alive with the kimchi from the tofu-kimchi plate. Doenjang stew, cheonggukjang and grilled mackerel share the table.
