Jangbokgol 장복골

Jangbokgol is a premium course restaurant on a wooded hillside near the Namhan River in Yeoju-eup, Yeoju, Gyeonggi Province, and the drive through the mountain approach already carries the quality of an excursion before guests arrive. It is recognized as the finest dining destination in the Yeoju area, firmly positioned as a venue for occasions that call for something exceptional. The Sanhae jinmi course begins with salad and grilled eggplant with asparagus, then moves through steak, pen shell clam, abalone, tiger shrimp, clam broth, eel, and lobster before closing with ramen and seasonal fruit. Upgrading from the standard steak to tomahawk or Korean hanwoo striploin is available, and staff handle the tableside grilling and portioning, leaving guests free to concentrate entirely on the meal. Side dishes and ssam leaves are refilled without prompting, and informing the restaurant in advance of a birthday or other milestone may bring a complementary bowl of miyeok-guk. Outdoor terrace lighting creates a particular atmosphere in the evening hours, and private room configurations together with a pet-friendly policy make the space adaptable for anniversaries, proposals, parents' milestone birthdays, and family reunions. Reservations are required and group size and timing must be coordinated beforehand.
