Yetgoeul Sundubu 옛고을순두부

Tofu is made every morning from Korean soybeans, and the doors open early. The chodang sundubu set brings lightly seasoned soft tofu with kongbiji-jjigae, a stew where the soybean grains are still noticeable, and the cauldron rice, topped with kabocha and sweet potato, ends as nurungji once water goes into the emptied pot. There is a separate room where dogs can sit with their owners.
