Woosum 우섬

Every seat at Woosum faces the counter, in a basement room on Uisadang-daero in Yeouido where the chef grills Korean hanwoo beef in front of you and asks how you like it done. The Sang course runs about 90 minutes: starters and seafood yukhoe, boiled beef tongue (useol suyuk), then snowflake sirloin, saewoo-sal (a beef cut, not shrimp) and salchi-sal, closing with curry or rice and dessert. The Hyang course adds salchi sushi. At lunch, a steak special comes with salad, soup and dessert. Bookings go through CatchTable.
