Ureong Ssambap 우렁쌈밥

Each diner gets a small earthenware pot of ureong ssamjang, soybean paste with mud snails and nuts, mild enough to spoon generously over rice. The jumulleok ureong ssambap set adds marinated pork, doenjang stew and homestyle sides such as steamed egg, acorn jelly and seasoned greens. Leafy greens are free to take from a self-serve bar.
