Taksabal Tofu Gongbang 탁사발 두부공방

Right behind Yatap Bus Terminal, it suits a bowl of sundubu before catching a bus. Food comes out fast, and ordering to finishing takes about 25 minutes. The tofu is made on site every morning, and people who have worked through the menu tend to settle on the plain clear sundubu, cooked without added seasoning. Set meals come with gondre (thistle) rice cooked fresh, and now and then a curry with big chunks of vegetables and meat appears as an event dish.
