Beer is poured to go with the hot griddle food, and prices are easy on the wallet for Sinchon. Mention an egg or milk allergy when ordering, and the owner will go through which dishes are safe. The Sinchon room is small and cutely decorated, comfortable enough for a solo meal. Takeout isn't offered, so everything is eaten hot at the table, and Saturday evenings bring a wait of around 15 to 20 minutes.
