This Ulsan pork soup specialist gained fame after the owner politely declined an appearance on the YouTube show Ttogan-jip. The signature gukbap arrives as a milky broth filled with generously sliced, thin-cut pork. The soup comes with almost no pre-seasoning, so diners adjust it with saeujeot (salted shrimp) and salt at the table; once tuned, the broth reveals a clean yet deep pork flavor. Geotjeori and chunky kkakdugi are standout banchan that pair brilliantly with the soup.
