Sunrye Gukbap 순례국밥

Sunrye gukbap arrives as a milky broth filled with broad, thin slices of lean pork, barely seasoned, with salted shrimp and salt on the table to finish it yourself. On the side, uni chicken is crisp boneless fried chicken dressed with onion, cucumber and a tangy soy sauce in the style of Chinese yuringi.
