Most first-timers at Grappa order the gorgonzola pizza. Some find the center so loaded that it eats like a slab of cheese; others are surprised how little greasiness comes with that much cheese. The pizzas overall are Italian in style, lightly seasoned rather than built up like American pies. The shrimp tomato cream pasta has enough sauce to drag the leftover crusts through. There is no waitlist app, so the queue forms in person outside.
