The self-serve bar here goes beyond soup and side dishes: there is dakbokkeumtang (spicy braised chicken) and makgeolli too, neither of which costs extra. The gejang uses Korean female blue crabs packed with roe and meat right up under the shell, and the soy marinade is mild enough that you can squeeze the meat onto rice, add a little sesame oil and mix without it turning salty. The am-gejang set adds fried-egg bibimbap, chilled soy-marinated shrimp and butter-grilled shrimp.
