The mackerel arrives with plump, fatty flesh that is rich and savory, and layering a piece over the sour kimchi with a scoop of rice produces an addictive combination. The radish served alongside carries the same tart profile, so the overall meal leans decidedly toward sour and spicy. Banchan is minimal but neat, and a bowl of scorched-rice tea closes the meal cleanly. As of 2026, one serving is priced at 12,000 won, with portions generous enough that ordering extra rice is natural. Operating hours run from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. only, and lunch queues are unavoidable.
