Before you order, staff tell you how that day's crab looks. Some days they point you to snow crab for tender meat, other days to red crab for sweetness. Squid sundae, potato rice cakes, mulhoe (cold raw-fish soup) and sushi come out while the crab steams, and a few of them are topped up free if you ask. The fried rice made with tomalley in the crab shell and the ramyeon after it are not charged.
