Sinchon Makguksu 신촌막국수

The sign says makguksu, yet even in summer most tables have hot kal-ongsimi on them. Chewy potato dumplings and knife-cut noodles sit in a clean clam broth, and the kal-ongsimi actually costs less than the dumplings-only sun-ongsimi. Ongsimi dishes start at two portions, but each one is large enough that a group of four can order fewer than four.
