Seolchon Son Tofu is a handmade tofu restaurant in Beopwon-eup, Paju, where a limited batch of tofu is prepared fresh each morning. The sundubu baekban features soft, pillowy tofu served piping hot - each spoonful is warming and soothing. The modubu buchim (pan-fried firm tofu) gains extra nuttiness from perilla oil, and the biji (soybean pulp soup) comes as a separate individual portion without meat, so ordering two dishes feels like enjoying three. Side dishes are consistently praised for their quality. Since the tofu sells out daily, arriving within 30 minutes of opening is recommended.
