Santteurak 산뜨락

Doenjang and gochujang are made in house at this hanjeongsik restaurant, set against woods and a garden at the foot of a hill in Sinbong-dong. The Santteurak set arrives course by course with seasonal side dishes, while the bori-gulbi (dried yellow croaker), soy-marinated crab and abalone stone-pot rice sets each build the table around a single main.
