Every bossam or jokbal order brings a free pot of gamjatang, pork-bone soup with two bones in it. Gul-bossam pairs tender boiled pork belly with fresh oysters and crunchy bossam kimchi for wrapping, and dakdoritang, braised chicken stew, is packed with potatoes in a thick broth.
