Samgyori Wonjo Dongchimi Makguksu 삼교리원조동치미막국수

House-made pickled plums, young radish kimchi and water kimchi are on the table first. The menu stops at three items, dongchimi mul makguksu, bibim makguksu and boiled pork, and the mul makguksu skips chili sauce entirely, relying on the sourness and salt of the radish water. The pork comes in a small size, which makes it easy to order alone. The shop closes on some days in winter.
