Saengseon Myeongga Geobuk Myeongtae 생선명가 거북명태

A piece of braised pollack goes onto a sheet of unseasoned laver with some rice, sometimes with a few bean sprouts, and gets eaten as a wrap. The pollack is semi-dried and chewy, and the sauce is spicy with a good deal of sweetness. A bowl of bean-sprout soup reaches the table before the braise. Two cats wander around inside the building, which is shaped like a turtle ship.
