Rice flour gives the yeonyu ssal baguette, a condensed-milk rice baguette, a crust that crackles like scorched rice around a chewy center packed with condensed-milk cream. Cranberry mochi bread is soft and stretchy, filled with cream cheese and studded with red cranberries, and the Black Angel loaf is nutty and mildly sweet with plenty of nuts. Bread comes out at set times, when the shop gets busy, and by weekend afternoons many shelves are already empty. There are plenty of cafe tables for eating in with a latte.
