설악막국수 춘천닭갈비

I had seasoned and soy-marinated dakgalbi with mul makguksu and dessert-sized makguksu at this charcoal grill spot in Gapyeong's Seorak-myeon. The chicken arrives partially grilled, and you eat it once the rice cakes are cooked through, with staff dropping by to flip it in between. The meat is tender with moderate seasoning, and wrapping it in lettuce with garlic and radish salad makes an outstanding ssam. The mul makguksu was an unexpected hit. The cold broth noodles paired so well with the chicken that everyone at the table went silent and just ate noodles. The dessert portion is small, so ordering a regular-size mul makguksu and splitting it between two is a good workaround. Parking is spacious with attendants guiding traffic, but high season and weekends bring frequent waits. Participating in the Naver receipt review event gets you a free drink or extra rice cake.
