A Vietnamese daughter-in-law and her mother run the kitchen of this green-signed shop inside Yeonmu Market in Suwon. The brisket pho (yangji ssalguksu) pairs a clear beef broth with rice noodles and plenty of brisket, and it tastes clean and refreshing even without added herbs or spices. Cha gio, Vietnamese fried spring rolls, come out with thin, shatteringly crisp wrappers, and the wide folded banh xeo pancake is notably crispy too. Banh mi and fried rice cover a meal without soup. Prices are low enough that groups often order four or more dishes.
