A fusion restaurant in Gongju, Chungnam, whose signature dish is gimpi-tang - deep-fried sweet-and-sour pork topped with kimchi, cheese, and pizza-style toppings. The tangy sweet-and-sour sauce combines with spicy kimchi and melted cheese for a unique flavor, pairing especially well with the side-order rice balls. The default protein is chicken, but switching to pork is available and widely recommended. Portions are very generous, often leaving leftovers, and self-service takeout packing is provided. The restaurant recently expanded into a standalone building with a clean, spacious interior and in-building parking. A serving robot named Pitangi delivers food, and orders are placed via tableside kiosks. Weekend lunch waits are common but turnover is fast, typically around 15 minutes.
