Pitang Gimtang 피탕김탕

Gimpi-tang, short for kimchi-pizza tangsuyuk, covers fried meat in tangy sweet-and-sour sauce with kimchi, crisp onion and melted cheese, mildly spicy from the kimchi and rich from the cheese. Chicken is the default and pork can be swapped in. Even the couple set is hard for two to finish, and leftovers go into containers at a self-service packing station. Orders go through a device at the table, and a serving robot named Pitang brings the food.
