Spicy galbi pasta, a whole braised short rib laid over spaghettini in rose sauce, started here, or so this basement restaurant near Gangnam Station claims. Heat comes in levels 1 to 4; the cream softens it, so level 2 lands at a moderate burn. The name Bobby Red refers to the red-tinted rice served alongside, which gets mixed with seaweed flakes into the leftover sauce, and both rice and seaweed are refilled free. Red curry pasta, white ragu pasta and a steak salad of cubed beef with mushrooms and onion round out the menu. The white dining room has a big chandelier and a photo booth, but tables sit close together and there is no parking lot.
