Osiljang Gangnam Myeonok Tanhyeon 오실장강남면옥 탄현점

Galbijjim, braised beef short ribs, comes with seasoned semi-dried pollock, a salad and yukhoe; the yukhoe is included even with the small size. The ribs are braised until they fall apart, rice cakes are mixed in, and the leftover sauce goes over rice. The naengmyeon is the Hamheung kind, topped with pollock. Dumplings are what this place was first good at, and a plate of handmade mandu usually joins the galbijjim.
