Onggolne Sundaeguk Suyuk Jeonmun Songsan is a pork soup and boiled-meat restaurant in Songsan-myeon, Dangjin, serving sundaeguk, offal soup, and suyuk. The signature bowl uses a milky, deeply rendered pork broth filled with meat and internal cuts. Pork is abundant enough that it resembles dwaeji-gukbap with added blood sausage rather than a soup in which sundae alone dominates. Two sausage styles appear together: a glutinous variety with a denser chew and a familiar glass-noodle version with a softer structure. The quantity of solids is high while the broth's initial seasoning is relatively mild. Tasting meat and liquid before adding shrimp paste or salt keeps the bowl from becoming overly seasoned. A faint natural offal aroma may remain, separating it from a clear soup engineered to hide every pork characteristic. Suyuk provides warm, tender slices on a separate plate. Seasoned chives, raw onion, and ssamjang add herbal sharpness, crunch, and fermented salt beside the soft meat. The sundae set combines soup, both sausage types, and boiled pork. Two full set portions can exceed the appetite of two adults, so it fits a party that specifically wants separate plates of sausage and meat rather than only one bowl each. Standard banchan includes chive salad, kkakdugi, napa kimchi, raw onion, and ssamjang. Fresh chive aroma and kimchi acidity cut through the milky broth.
