Okmani's Jeju Geumneung-Hyeopjae 옥만이네 제주금능협재점

Near Hallim Port, the haemul galbi-jjim fills one pot with beef short ribs, octopus legs, abalone, shrimp and small octopus. The ribs slip off the bone, the octopus stays springy, and the sauce is sweet with some heat but never harsh. When the pot is empty, the leftover sauce becomes fried rice, topped with an egg you fry yourself at the self-serve station. Orders start at one serving, with no rule of one dish per person.
