Okdang 옥당

Rice steamed in lotus leaves, faintly grassy, anchors the single set meal on the menu. Lightly seasoned sides include lotus root in black sesame, tofu gangjeong and grilled fish, with wild greens added in spring. There is no phone booking: guests write a name on the list at the door and get a call when the table is ready, often after more than an hour even on weekdays.
